Pass Protection applies to Car, Bike, ADI, LGV and PCV Multiple Choice Questions
Tests, it is not available for LGV / PCV Driver CPC and LGV Working Hours
What do
you get?

Pass Protection, which could provide you with up to three free re-sits or refund
your money if you fail your test.
Depending on the subscription type you purchase we will provide free re-sits or
refund your money if you fail the multiple choice questions part of the test, or
if you fail on the hazard perception part of the test.

What do you
need to do?
|
Use your online theory training account and score at least 90% in all of our topic
tests and pass at least 10 mock tests.
If you fail the multiple choice questions part of the test after meeting the above
criteria and you scored:
at least 35 out of 50 in the multiple choice questions and at least 40 out of 75
in the hazard perception test in a car or bike test
at least 70 out of 100 in the multiple choice questions and at least 52 out of 75
in the hazard perception test in an ADI Part 1 test
at least 70 out of 100 in the multiple choice questions and at least 60 out of 100
in the hazard perception test in an LGV or PCV test
just send your original failure document to us for processing.

What do
we do?
|
We will verify your use of our site to ensure you have met the above criteria, and
we will check your failure document to verify your actual scores.
If everything is OK we will then book up to three free re-sits
for you at times to suit you and we will also extend your access to your online
theory training account to allow you to keep practicing the questions OR we
will refund your money, depending on the subscription type you purchased.

Do you need
this?
|
Approximately 30% - 40% of theory tests are failed each year (taken from DSA figures).
If you don't pass and you meet the above criteria, Pass Protection will save
you money.
