What is Pass Protection Plus?
Pass Protection Plus is designed for learners who want the strongest safety net while they prepare for their car theory test. If you complete the required preparation, meet the eligibility criteria and still fail your real test, your re-sits can be covered.
To qualify for Pass Protection Plus, you need to show that you were properly prepared before your actual test. This means scoring 90% or more in all topic tests and passing 10 mock theory tests before your real car theory test.
If you meet those preparation requirements, fail the multiple-choice part of your car theory test, score at least 35 out of 50 in the multiple-choice section and at least 40 out of 75 in the hazard perception test, you can send us your original failure document for processing.
If the required conditions are met, Pass Protection Plus can provide unlimited re-sits for you. You cannot claim if you do not attend your test, or if your account activity or test results do not meet the criteria.
