Here's how our Money Back Guarantee* works

Before your test

You need to show to us that you are ready for your test, by scoring 90% or more in each topic test and passing at least 10 mock tests on our website. We believe that you WILL pass your test if you use our website properly, so we just need to see that you have used it. Although it might sound like a lot of effort is required to score this much, it really isn't. If you already think you're ready to take the test, you can score this much in about 2 hours (the length of a movie), or if you're learning with us from scratch it can take about 12 hours (not long if you practice a little every day for a few days). Our website will let you know when we think you are ready to take your test, so that you don't go for your test before we believe you are fully prepared.

After your test

You need to show to us that you actually tried to pass your test. In the questions part of the Car or Bike theory test, you'll need to score at least 35 out of 50. If you're taking an ADI Part 1, LGV, or PCV test, you'll need to score at least 70 out of 100 in the multiple choice questions section. You'll also need to achieve a certain score in the hazard perception part of the test. For the Car or Bike test, you'll need to score at least 40 out of 75. In the ADI Part 1 hazard perception test, you need to achieve at least 52 out of 75. And, finally, if you're taking an LGV or PCV hazard perception test, you need to gain a mark of at least 60 out of 100.

As you can see, we allow you to incorrectly answer a lot of questions. If you have used our website properly, and meet the "before your test” terms, you should have no problems scoring this amount. We only ask this of you to protect both you and us from people that take a test when they are not behaving properly in the real test or who have asked other people to use this site on their behalf to obtain the "before your test” scores.

Please note that LGV and PCV Driver CPC tests do not qualify for a Money Back Guarantee*.
