You're involved in a traffic incident. Which document will you need to produce for a police officer?
You must stop if you've been involved in a collision that results in any injury or damage. You must also be able to produce your driving licence when a police officer asks to see it. If you cannot do this at the time, you may be asked to take it to a police station within a certain period. You may also be asked to show a valid insurance certificate and a valid MOT certificate.
