At an incident, a casualty has stopped breathing. How could you help them?
To help a casualty who's not breathing, you should open their airway by placing your fingers under their chin and lifting it forward. This will open their airway but if there are no signs of breathing you should then start cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
